The Trump administration ended protections from deportation for nearly 800,000 Dreamers protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and 318,000 beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), forcing hard-working individuals with strong family and community ties to face an uncertain future in the United States.

But this is not a future we have to accept.

The American Dream and Promise Act of 2019 (H.R.6) would provide protection from deportation and an earned pathway to citizenship for an estimated 2.5 million Dreamers and beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure.

The average Dreamer arrived in the United States at age 8, while the average TPS beneficiary has been in the country for 22 years. They are beloved community members who contribute to the success of our economy and our nation.

Join us as we urge Congress to support the American Dream and Promise Act, providing a permanent solution for Dreamers and  TPS and DED holders.
