Actions, Immigration

Since the Trump administration ended protections from deportation for nearly 800,000 Dreamers protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and 318,000 beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), hard-working individuals with strong family and community ties face an uncertain future in America.

But this is not a future we have to accept.

The American Dream and Promise Act of 2019(H.R.6) would provide protection from deportation and an earned pathway to citizenship for an estimated 2.5 million immigrants, including 2.1 million Dreamers and approximately 460,000 Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure-eligible immigrants currently living in limbo.

Join us as we urge Congress to support the American Dream and Promise Act, providing a permanent solution for Dreamers and beloved community members like TPS and DED holders.
