Obamacare‘s first open enrollment has officially closed after enrolling 8 million Americans in quality health insurance plans, and the next open enrollment does not begin until November.
For some Americans—particularly Millennials—there are certain moments when health care coverage might change between open enrollment periods, so many might be wondering what they can do.
