Matt Wotus is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He plans on graduating with a journalism major, focusing on reporting, and an anthropology minor. In addition to writing for Generation Progress, he is the co-editor-in-chief of The Hill Political Review, UNC-CH’s only nonpartisan magazine, which he has written for since his first semester of college.
